Gold is the our top group in the Academy for players who want to compete at the highest level.
Players include top county juniors across a range of age groups, who are regularly competing in national tournaments and county matches. We also welcome county standard adults into this squad.
There is an emphasis on performance in this group including technique, mental preparation, tactics, fitness and strengthening.
