FastStep Badminton Academy head coach Zeyar Win is a highly experienced Level 3 coach with many years of county junior and senior coaching experience.
Zeyar will be coaching the Sussex County U12 squad for the 2016/2017 season.
Zeyar is also one of the highly valued tutor and assessors for Badminton England and has delivered many coach education courses throughout Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Middlesex.
As Sussex U15 county coach he took the team to 3rd place in the finals of the national Team Challenge competition.
He has worked tirelessly to give children and adults the opportunity to play badminton in a fun learning environment through his network of clubs, schools, adult education and personal coaching.
Zeyar operates on the principles of trust, good moral attitudes and fun. At the same time providing high quality coaching. Zeyar’s belief is first to enjoy the Sport and then from there achieve greater things.
FastStep Badminton started in January 2004 and brought pleasure to dozens of junior badminton players through training and matches.
He has forged important partnerships with Crawley Badminton Development Team, Crawley School Sports Partnership and Council as well as with Freedom Leisure.
2014 saw another significant milestone reached with the launch of FastStep Badminton Academy in Haywards Heath, which started with the first FastStep Elite squad, which has attracted some of the region’s top young players.
