Crawley Community Badminton Network
FastStep Badminton Academy is a founding member of the Crawley Community Badminton Network, an initiative that encourages collaboration between local clubs, schools, sports bodies and leisure providers.
Local badminton clubs
FastStep Academy promotes progression of the academy players through partnerships with local adult badminton clubs in Sussex. They are located in Crawley, Crawley Badminton Club, East Grinstead, Felbridge Badminton Club and we are interested in hearing from interested partners in the Haywards Heath/Burgess Hill area.
Crawley Badminton Club meets at St Wilfreds School, Crawley on Wednesday evenings and Felbridge Badminton Club meets at East Grinstead Sports Club. These two clubs are both strong League Clubs in the area with multiple league teams.
As the academy players get better and older, we encourage our players to join one of these clubs to further their experience and in time become strong members of the club. FastStep Badminton Academy believes in continuing support and growth of the local clubs.
Central Sussex College
We’re grateful to Central Sussex College for the use of their state-of-the-art sports hall and facilities at their sixth form campus in Haywards Heath.
New partnerships
We’re always seeking new partnerships to help to ensure the continuing development of badminton from grassroots to advanced and juniors to seniors with progression at every age and ability.
