Beginners:

  • Those of you who are new to the game
  • Wishes to learn the hitting techniques properly from the basics
  • Wishes to learn the rules of the game e.g. scoring, play zones, etc

Improvers:

  • Those of you who have been playing casually with friends and family
  • Wishes to learn how to improve your hitting techniques
  • Wishes to learn some basics tactics about winning the game

League Club Players:

  • Those of you who have been representing a club in league matches
  • Wish to further learn tactical elements of the game e.g. doubles formation, attacking and defending in doubles
  • Wishes to sort out how to gain more power

County:

  • Those of you who have been attending county trainings
  • Wishes extra regular training
  • Wish to increase stamina, reflexes and power
