Our Business
Our business is built on the principles of trust, good moral attitudes and fun. At the same time providing quality products and providing reliable service.
The business is based on the trust built between the coaches and everyone involved. All the coaches operate and have full control of their own allocated clubs and total autonomy is encouraged and exercised giving a sense of achievement by everyone.
The business was founded in January 2004 by our head coach Zeyar Win. He since then grew the business slowly with help from the colleagues and entrusting them in return to run the clubs to extend the coaching FastStep Badminton can provide to the communities. Zeyar's believe is first to enjoy the Sport and then from there achieve greater things. Enjoyment being the first thing in agenda, the clubs are encouraged for this part to achieve at the same time giving a valuable input from the coaches via the coaching programmes catered for the need of the participants. Zeyar in time became one of the valuable tutor and assessors for Badminton England delivering coach education courses throughout Sussex, Kent and Essex.
Through the experience and continuing success, Zeyar has coached Sussex Juniors for several years as well as county senior squad in 2005/6 season and currently in charge of Sussex County Under 15 age group. Experienced in coaching the youngest junior at 5 years of age for their fundamentals, adult beginners, adult education, through to junior county and senior county players. Due to the commitment to the sport and development, there are important partnership at work with Crawley Badminton Development Team, Crawley School Sports Partnership and Council as well as with Thomas Bennett Community College.
We hope to continue expanding and enjoying our success through our honesty, hard work and good values, as well as new colleagues and business ventures.
