1.1 Prior to any coaching sessions, you must inform your tutor of any injuries or medical conditions.

1.2 If you are concerned about whether you are fit to take part at the coaching sessions, you are advised to seek medical advice. Coach(es) are not qualified to give any medical advice or treatments.

1.3 Coach(es) are not responsible for any accidents.

1.4 Articles or news on faststepbadminton website is for general knowledge and are entirely of personal views only. The business or the writer cannot take any liability for any mishaps and faststepbadminton accepts no liability for their content. If in doubt, please check the relevant health experts.

1.5 Exchange & refund: Any return of goods must be in their original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Any goods returned for exchange or refund must be postage paid by customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. Losses in transit back to FastStep Badminton are the responsibility of the customer.

1.6 Upon accepting the demonstration products, the customer must leave a deposit for the full retail value of the product. Broken or damaged items will not be refunded (with the exception of manufacturing fault).

1.7 We cannot guarantee the original strings on the new racquets.

1.8 We reserve the full right to refuse sales, coaching or demonstrations of products.
